Prayer to Break the Spirit of Infirmity 4
Prayer to cut off connections that are not in line with God’s will: (especially extramarital sex must be cut off)
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, I sever all the connections between ______ (name, or me) and ______ (the other party) in spirit, soul, and body that are not in accordance with God's will. Lord, please return every part of ______ (name, or me) that is bound to ______ (the other party) to ______ (name, or me), and please return every part of ______ (the other party) that is bound to ______ (name, or me) to ______ (the other party).
Please remove all the influences from ______ (name, or me) that are not in accordance with God's will. Please put the cross of the Lord Jesus between ______ (name, or me) and ______ (the other party), and draw a line with the precious blood to cut off all the influences between them (or us) that are not in accordance with God's will. Keep the blessing and stop the curse, in the name of the Lord Jesus, Amen!
Confess and repent of the sin that became the breach/opening:
- The sin of witchcraft
Heavenly Father, I humbly come before You and confess, repent, and renounce all involvement in witchcraft and idolatry. I confess all sins of seeking knowledge, information, healing, comfort, protection, and self-affirmation through witchcraft, spiritism, or any occult source. I renounce all witchcraft powers, spells, sorcery, and any local/native witchcraft. I admit that I have sinned against You and disobeyed Your Word by participating in the following witchcraft ______.
I understand that these witchcrafts are ultimately worship of Satan. Now, I have decided to choose Jesus Christ to take full control of my life. Regardless of whether I participated in these witchcrafts intentionally or unintentionally, I ask You to forgive me and cleanse me with Your precious blood. In the name of the Lord Jesus, I pray, Amen!
- Sexual sins:
Heavenly Father, I confess that many times I have been unable to overcome the enemy's attacks on me sexually. I have committed ______ (name all the sexual sins that the Lord has enlightened you to and reminded you of). Please forgive me. I agree with your judgment on my sins. I renounce all pleasures of sin. Please cleanse my memory, heal my wounds, and forgive my sins. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
- All other besetting sins:
Father, I ask You to forgive me for my inability to overcome the sin of ______ (specify in detail). I acknowledge my own responsibility and ask You to free me from this sin. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
- Prayer to forgive others:
Lord Jesus, thank you for dying for me so that my sins can be forgiven. Now I choose to forgive the ______ (name) who has hurt me, and forgive them for ______. I am willing to stop pursuing, stop judging, and completely release them, so that both of us can enjoy the freedom that comes from forgiveness. In the name of the Lord Jesus, I pray, Amen!
- Prayer of repentance for holding grudges:
Heavenly Father, I confess that because of past hurts, I have allowed myself to harbor anger, resentment, bitterness, and other un-God-like attitudes toward ______ (name) ______ (specify the attitude you harbor resentment against). I confess that these are sins, and I now resolve to repent and not continue to harbor resentment. Please forgive me and cleanse me. In the name of the Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen!
- Prayer to forgive yourself:
Heavenly Father, thank you for having forgiven my sins and transgressions. I know for sure that you have forgiven my sins according to your promise. Now, I also choose to forgive myself and stop accusing myself. In the name of the Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen!
- Prayer for reconciliation with God:
Father, I confess that I have blamed You for things that You were not responsible for. Please forgive me. I know that You hate what Satan has done in my life. Thank You for loving me and for promising to set me free. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
- Prayer to release emotions: (Pray in your own words)
Lord Jesus, thank you for giving us emotions. Please forgive me for ignoring and suppressing my emotions. I am determined not to ignore my emotions anymore. Please help me accept my emotions again.
Lord Jesus, thank you for allowing us to be angry. Many times, I did not express my anger properly. Please forgive me. I am now willing to choose to feel the things that hurt me and made me angry. Please connect my anger with my memory and help me to express my anger appropriately.
Lord Jesus, You know everything that has happened to me, all the things that have frightened me, all the memories that I have chosen to forget before. Now I ask You to bring my memories back. I deliberately choose to recall and feel those pains.
Lord Jesus, please forgive me. I chose not to feel before, chose to put my emotions aside and ignore them. I was wrong. I now choose to feel every aspect of my emotions and express them to you. Please help me. I am determined to ask you, Lord Jesus, to take control of my emotions. I choose to trust in you. Please help me.
- Pray to deal with the sins of ancestors: (Pray in your own words, especially the family sins that the Holy Spirit will illuminate)
Father God, I come before you in the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, confessing that my ancestors and I have sinned and done what is evil in your eyes. Father, thank you for sending your only Son Jesus to die for me. He shed His precious blood to pay the ransom for my sins. The wounds He suffered on the cross bore the punishment for the sins of my ancestors. Thank you for making Him my holy scapegoat. Father, thank you for His wounds that I can be healed.
I now confess and renounce the sins of my ancestors up to four generations ago, and the sexual sins up to ten generations ago. I confess all the thoughts and negative emotions that are not in line with God's will that have affected my family and me, I confess the negative fear and anger in my family, and I confess all the behaviors that reject people in my family.
I confess any sin in my family that could lead to mental illness, I confess any sin of indulgence in bad habits, I confess all known or unknown sexual sins in my family, and I confess all sins that destroy marriages.
I acknowledge any sin that may have caused premature death in my family. I acknowledge any unrelieved sorrow caused by death. I acknowledge the impact of war on my family. I acknowledge any sin of innocent blood shed in my family. I acknowledge any lying and deception in my family. I acknowledge any false and unnecessary guilt and shame in my family. I acknowledge any religious restrictions and restraints in my family, whether from Christian denominations, churches, other religions or the witchcraft.
I confess the sin of worshiping idols, ancestors, and ghosts in my family. I confess any sin of dealing with supernatural powers and the forces of darkness in my family. I confess all declarations, inner vows, wrong judgments, and curses that are not in line with God's will in my family. I confess that the fathers in my family have not taught their children to walk in the ways of God. I confess the sins of the mothers in my family who have controlled, manipulated, or despised men.
I confess any beliefs, attitudes, and actions in my family and cultural background that are not pleasing to God. I confess any sins in my family that have led to inherited diseases and weaknesses. Father God, I come before You in the name of Jesus and confess and renounce these sins in my family.
I now place all the punishment for sin, curse, and inherited weaknesses upon my scapegoat, Jesus, who died on the cross for me so that I can be freed from the effects of these sins. I also confess and renounce my own sins in these areas, especially those that affect my family. I repent and turn away. Please forgive me and cleanse me with the blood of Jesus. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for cleansing me.
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, I sever all the spiritual, soul, and physical connections between me and my ancestors in my paternal and maternal families that are not in accordance with God's will. Heavenly Father, I entrust all my ancestors to You. Please remove everything that belongs to them, remove the curses and weaknesses brought about by the connection that is not in accordance with God's will, and the influence of their sins on me. Please return to me every part of me that is bound by my ancestors.
Lord, thank you! I can unload these burdens to you and receive freedom. I now decide to forgive and release my ancestors without reservation. Heavenly Father, please place the cross of the Lord Jesus between me and my ancestors of my paternal and maternal families. Let the precious blood draw a boundary, cut off all influences that are not in line with God's will, retain the blessings, and stop the curse. In the name of Jesus, I pray, Amen!
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I command all the powers of darkness that have entered through the ungodly connection with our ancestors: You no longer have the right to stay here. I command you to leave immediately and not to harm me or anyone else. You are not allowed to enter my family and are not allowed to return ever.
