The Inciting Spirit

Concept:

A dark force in the spiritual world that specializes in "incitement and agitation." Its characteristics are creating division, conflict, violence, etc. It can attack people through thoughts, language, and writing, especially through the indiscriminate bombardment of the mind.

It manifests as:

It causes people to plunge into fanatical mass movements, riots, and wars, and to deteriorate and escalate demonstrations, leading to riots and bloody conflicts; repaying evil with evil and insult with insult in the heat of the moment.

Causes of incitement:

• Anger

If only this people were under my authority! Then I would remove Abimelech.” So he said to Abimelech, “Increase your army and come out!” When Zebul, the ruler of the city, heard the words of Gaal the son of Ebed, his anger was aroused. And he sent messengers to Abimelech secretly, saying, “Take note! Gaal the son of Ebed and his brothers have come to Shechem; and here they are, fortifying the city against you. (Judges 9:29-31)

• Competition

As charcoal is to burning coals, and wood to fire, So is a contentious man to kindle strife. (Proverbs 26:21)

• Deliberate slander and distortion

 Then Pilate asked Him, saying, “Are You the King of the Jews?” He answered him and said, “It is as you say.”  So Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowd, “I find no fault in this Man.” But they were fiercer, saying, “He stirs up the people, teaching throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee to this place.” (Luke 23:3-5)

Causes of incitement:

• Anger

Breaking Behavioral Patterns: Inciting the Spirit of Curse

In the name of Jesus Christ, for me and my family, I have possibly done the following:

• Unable to control one's anger, spreads rumors and swears without knowing the truth.
• Intentionally or unintentionally advocate, instigate, and sow discord.
• In order to gain popularity, repost and spread false information without knowing right from wrong.
• For one's own benefit, one uses one's authority and ability to publish information that distorts the truth.
• Repaying evil with evil, insult with insult, etc., leads to an escalation of the situation.
• Intentionally exploiting and contacting certain people, telling them some truths that provoke them, leading to division and conflict.
• Inciting others to attack and destroy the reputation of authority and leaders, spreading rumors, slandering, judging, accusing, and condemning to destroy the husband's reputation.

In the holy name of Jesus Christ, pull out Megiddo, this seditious spirit, from my life, trample on its neck, and nail it completely to the cross, just as Joshua hung the kings of Canaan on trees. Place yourself completely in the light of God’s truth and wisdom, and understand God’s will and purpose at all times.

In the name of Jesus, take up the sword of the Holy Spirit, cut off and destroy all spirits of anger in yourself, and confess your sin of being narrow-minded. When you are slightly offended, you feel like you have been wronged like Dou E 竇娥 (a character in a chinese play Snow in Midsummer) , and you do not know how to forgive. Instead, you deliberately seek revenge and expand your influence. Your heart is filled with all kinds of sins and evil, and you are completely devoid of God’s holiness, mercy, and goodness.

In the name of Jesus, I confess that I did not resist the attacks of the forces of darkness on my emotions, willpower, etc., causing my mind, thoughts, and tongue to sin. Instead of speaking the truth, I was controlled by evil spirits, which led to the escalation of the situation and caused all kinds of disunity and conflicts, some of which even reached the point of violence.

In the name of Jesus, I admit that I have incited others to attack and destroy the reputation of authority and leaders, and to spread rumors, slander, judge, accuse, and condemn my husband to destroy his reputation. I ask the Lord to forgive me. I ask the Lord to cleanse us with His precious blood, and to take up the sword of the Holy Spirit to break, cut off, and trample on these evil spirits.

In the name of the Lord Jesus, I take up the sword of the Holy Spirit and cut off and destroy the evil spirits of jealousy, competition, and comparison from my life. I cut off all the connections and bondages of the evil spirits of jealousy and anger in my life and in my mind. I cut off all the accusations, condemnations, criticisms, accusations, judgments, witchcraft, sorcery, and other deceitful evil spirits and leave us.

In the name of Jesus, I bring every word that has come out of my mouth that has been used by Satan before God. I repent for the evil words I have said to others, because the blood of Jesus speaks for me. I ask for the Lord's forgiveness. I am sorry for all my negative, pessimistic, and destructive words to others. I ask the blood of the Lord to cleanse me and forgive me of all my sins and transgressions.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare them invalid and no longer able to affect me and my descendants. In the name of Jesus Christ, I cancel the work of all cursed spirits. I have escaped from the curse and entered the blessing.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I bind and command all evil spirits related to these curses to leave me and go to where the Lord Jesus wants you to go. Don't come back, and don't disturb or harm anyone. Abba Father, please send angels to help me and accomplish all the work I pray for. Thank you, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!

Declare Prayer of Blessing:

In the name of Jesus Christ, the Lord has removed all the bondage of anger, jealousy, competition, and comparison from us, loosened these shackles, forgiven our sins, and set us free in God's love, grace, and truth; in the name of the Lord Jesus, declare that our spirit, soul, body, and DNA are now rooted in the righteousness and holiness of the Kingdom of God.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare that all diseases caused by sins of the tongue are removed from me, all the shameful memories are removed, God grants me stability in my moods, wisdom when I open my mouth, and I think about God's words all day long. I pray that God's healing power will flow into me, so that what flows out of my life is God's love, and my life is completely turned around, just like the Samaritan woman, who ran to the crowd to share her past hurts and opens up her life journey to bear witness for God.

I declare that the Lord has given me a humble and teachable heart. In the future, I will walk in God's truth, grace, and wisdom. I will use the gifts and abilities God has bestowed on me, such as eloquence, language prowess, and logical thinking, to serve God rather than glorify myself. It is no longer me who lives, but Christ who lives in me. People can see God's honor, power, humility, and the authority of God's Sonship in me.

I declare that God has given me the position and wisdom to be a leader, and that at the right time God will personally bring me into my destiny and calling. Everything I experience today is for the purpose of serving the congregations in the future who have the same problems, weaknesses, and being controlled as I once did, especially those who are controlled by the spirit of incitement, anger, jealousy, competition, and comparison. I will have more empathy, understand how to serve, and be able to see their deepest needs.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare that God releases the heart of unity and mutual love, the tolerance of accepting differences, and the wisdom to see the giftings in people, things, and events. He will completely redeem the divisions, conflicts, and broken relationships that were once caused by the spirit of incitement, and will add grace upon grace and glory upon glory, and the prosperity that will come will outweigh the suffering that came before. In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare that God will give me many co-workers whom He regards as precious. Because they bring all kinds of spiritual gifts, wealth, and wisdom, the kingdom of God will continue to expand, and many souls that have been abandoned by the world and that we have found will become leaders of the kingdom of God and blessings to all people.
